Main Stall Application Form

Thank you for your enquiry regarding trading within Plymouth City Market.

Please complete and submit the below application form supplying detailed information regarding the product(s) you wish to sell. Include a simple business plan stating your proposal including a web address if you have one; this will help us build a better idea of your products. Please include any plans you may have for the stall and for your business venture.

Please note that all applications for a main stall shall be submitted to a Market Panel, consisting of the Market Manager, Market Assistant Manager, and Chairman of the Traders Association, for discussion, where a decision shall be made. This can take up to 30 days and we shall contact you with the result.

If successful, you will need public and product liability insurance to the value of £5m. Please feel free to investigate prices and availability, but I would advise not to purchase until you have had an acceptance letter from us.

Keep within one product ‘range’ eg. Candles could also include Candle Holders, Candle Sticks, Incenses, Incense Burners, Tapers and Wooden Spills. No ‘generic’ lines will be accepted without a detailed list of individual products e.g. Fancy Goods.
